The room and breakfast was decent and clean
The check-in systems had some issues between the hotel and booking.com. But overall the staff were really nice

Immaculate room except for a few spots on the carpet. Lobby, breakfast area cheery and clean. Grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately, we are experiencing a extended drought so all was dry. A very welcome feel to the entire place. The pool was sparkling with a nice shaded area.

Staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful.
Property is in need of attention. Bathroom fan squeeled the whole time it was on. Carpets all smelled a bit musty. Pool pergola has cracks in poles and the top is sagging in several places.

the property is pretty and right across from the museum we wanted to visit. the grounds are pretty too. loved Courtney!! she was amazing!!

We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. It was so clean everywhere. The front desk lady was very helpful with our plans and friendly.

Guy at the desk was not happy. Check-in with him was not pleasant. Checking out not a word was said.
Breakfast food was okay. Sign said to not take food to your room. Everything was served to you and very measured. Staff didn't seem happy to see anyone. Very strange environment. Very overpriced for a crabby place.

We did not have breakfast, because we wanted to get our day started. The room (a handicap room, though we are not handicapped) was very large as was the bathroom. Excellent cleanliness.
Most hotels have a coffee station that is accessible most of the day. This hotel did not have one, and because the town (Blanco) is very small, there was no place to get any, other than at full size restaurant. The coffee in the room was awful and took forever to process. This was the only downside associated with the property.
