when I arrived it was nothing compared to the photos. it is more run sown than I saw on booking.com. The room I originally booked, the toilet needed attention so I requested another room.

Everything went well. I have stayed here before and already had written a review giving the Heritage Inn a 5/5. Again, I give this hotel a 5/5, but this time I was even more impressed. An unusual situation occurred and I explained this situation to Kathy, the general manager. I must say Kathy assisted me with this situation and she went above and beyond what she needed to do. Janet, the front desk manager, was very cordial and made sure we knew how to get to Crust and Craft (excellent) which was very close to the hotel and has 1/2 price pizza on Tues + 1/2 price sandwiches on Wed during the winter session. Trisha, the night auditor, was very helpful and very attentive to the breakfast area in the AM. I had the opportunity to meet LU, the head of housekeeping. This hotel is very clean and I heard 2 other residents in the hospitality business say the same thing. The housekeepers all should get a raise. When a hotel is cleaned, guest want to return. If you don't want to feel like a number and want to feel like they really care about you, come here.

The fan in the bathroom on floor 2, 3, and 4 constantly stays on (not on floor one). I must say I didn't see any mold in the bathroom. One hears a very low muffle. If you close the bathroom door, you can not hear it.

The staff are very friendly! The lock on our sliding glass door to the patio was broken & anyone on either side of our room could enter , but it was fixed immediately after mentioning.

They only advertise 1 Deluxe Suite on their website , 925 sq ft with large jetted tub, really nice furniture , fireplace .. However they have 4 of these Deluxe Suites so the one I thought I had purchased was not at all what I expected . That was disappointing. We got the Coastal Suite and not the Honeymoon Suite. Our suite was roomy , clean , we REALLY enjoyed the large jetted tub and our bed was SUPER comfy. We just expected an entirely different room.
