When I go to Laughlin I always stay at the Riverside Resort. I love the Riverside it has everything you need. Youi don't have to leave, the casino, there's restaurants, bowling alley, three different night club and a treater. That's the reason I love to stay there.

Nothing. Just like I said before, you have everything you need. You don't have to go outside, everything provided for you. They even have a salon and curio stores and all game that you want to play.

Rude stuff, smell of smoke in every hall, too much chlorine in pools, bad and limited wifi

Even though the name on our reservation was incorrect they found us and the room was exactly what we ordered

The television service was spotty

The staff were friendly and helpful, The view was exceptional and the Prime Rib Room was great.

The room was filthy & even though we were at nonsmoking room & areas but the cigarettes/cigar smells so strong that it wasn’t enjoyable to be there at all.

So gut wie kein Internet, ich hatte 2Tage gebucht und wäre am liebsten wieder abgereist. Ich musste einige Sachen am Laptop erledigen und ständig würde WLAN gekappt. Nach mindestens 10 Nachfragen waren alle Beteiligten nur noch genervt.

The room was nice. The gentleman with long hair at the movie theater was friendly and welcoming as was the young pretty girl cleaning inside the theater.

The middle aged lady with the mostly shaved head at the gift shop was NOT friendly and wouldn’t even exchange pleasantries with myself or my son. We felt as though we were invading her privacy by being in the shop, it was very uncomfortable.

I was alone for my stay celebrating my 80th birthday. While playing in the casino the lady next to me was also celebrating her birthday. When an employee became aware of this she brought us both a cookie and wished us Happy Birthday and that small act of kindness made my day, Awesome.

We had a non-smoking room but it still smelled terrible. We turned the air on and it would pull air from the casino.

Room A/C didn’t work. It felt like we were sleeping on a hard box spring mattress. Escalators haven’t been working in a long time.

Kicsit dohány szag volt mindenhol, mert mindenhol lehetett dohányozni.

It was close to the river were you could do more things than just be in the hotel.

That I was more fun for my kids like the arcade, bowling, swiping pool, etc….
