The staff is exceptional, friendly, efficient, accommodating, willing to answer questions and extend checkout! The breakfast is substantial also.

The room was cleaned but not necessarily thoroughly clean.

the staff was very helpful and friendly, from check in, to check out. the laundry service, room service folks were very attentive to our needs and helpful anytime we ask them for help.the breakfast room lady was very friendly each morning. Breakfast was good! my husband especially enjoyed having a cappuccino available each morning!

the only thing that was a bother to us was the carpet had many stains and looked like it needed to be cleaned or possibly replaced.

Traffic noise interrupted sleep. This is an older property, though well maintained, has that distinct smell of an old building. The bathroom fan is very loud. Mini fridge in our room was very small.

Nice and clean facility. Not fancy but nicely kept. The location was perfect for us. Staff were lovely. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The timing of parking lot cleaning and landscaping noise wasn’t the best, but with a hotel that’d be nearly impossible.

My room was pretty noisy, between the traffic sounds until about 10pm and a toddler (or something/one) running around in the room above me until 1AM it was not a brilliant stay.

Few more options for breakfast such as HOT eggs and/or bacon, ham. We have restrictions on dairy and gluten (waffles and breads).

Available for pets. Close to Bainbridge Ferry. Adequate breakfast choices for price. Very short stay for us.

Our room was right on Highway 305. Quite noisy.

The beds and pillows were amazing!! So so comfy!! We didn't hear any noise which was very nice and unexpected!! Great room size. One of our favorite places to stay and good value.
