Good location which is close to Rose Bowl stadium. Enough parking places. TV has plenty of channels to watch. If there is room left, people can pay by cash.

No closet. A subtle unpleasant smell (maybe marijuana). The card may need to be reactivated if you stay multiple days. When I checked in, the guy said at first that they didn't find my reservation and spent a long time figuring it out. Thankfully he managed to provide the accommodation, but I write this down for reference as there is a risk.

On the website & here it says check out is at 11am but they said it's at 10am. There's no iron or iron board and & the website it says they have it. The pillow sucks! There were so worn out it felt I was sleeping with no pillow.

horrible and horrible…. bad small and headache, throat paining… what’s smell ? insecticide? air freshener? we can’t sleep all night and give up to next night. they don’t return to anything or can’t change date too…

They need better pillows and mattresses. The beds we’re not that comfortable.

Room was beautiful. Nice decor and furniture! Very clean!! No bedbugs. Would definitely book here again.

There's really no bad complaints. The bedspreads could use an update but honestly that's a minor thing.

The $50 late check out fee and the 10:00 check out time instead of 11 like everywhere else. Price was not the same as website as well as the distance from my location it said the property was 2 miles away and instead was 14 miles away. I booked my stay based off of proximity to my location and that was the reason why I chose this hotel but it was not the distance that it said it was that was extremely frustrating
