Great location that’s all I can say about this hotel.
Upon checking in I was charged my entire rooms rate plus accidental fees after already telling the front desk I have booked online through Booking.com. I was then told I wasn’t actually charged yet I was staring right at my bank account where the money just came out of. The lack of communication while I was trying to get my money back was very frustrating. I was having to call the front desk AND the manager to get answers. Very stressful when me and my boyfriend were here for a relaxing weekend. Do better Wyndham. Would never stay here again, 3/10.

Friendly staff, above average breakfast, outstanding cheesy potatoes for that type of setup. Quiet due to minimal university events
Mix up at checkin, given wrong room. Tried to correct, but still ended up with wrong type of room. AC could not cooll room sufficiently, entered at 75, took 12+ hours to get to 70. Get an even number room that does not face West. Need to adjust landscape sprinklers, 75% of parking lot had runoff in the morning, concrete not growing;)

Amazing customer service as you walk in the door. As soon as i told the receptionist that i had book the room for someone else, she took on her self to add the person into the paperwork in case something would had happen. She greeted us with a big smile, and had offered any assistance if needed. Thank you so much!

room, the carpet did not seem clean, there was a bottle cap on the floor from previous guests. The smell of the room was like they accepted pets before. I did not want to complain just for one night stay.

Room coffee not good. Not enough straight chais in room. My daughter and I could not adjust the chair to do makeup. Walk-in shower was a disaster. Hand held shower head got water all over floor. Towel bar should be close to shower

We didn't like coming into the room at midnight and finding no shower curtain.

I liked the breakfast options, the room had a separate room, the towels are big, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have water in the lobby.
I didn't like the high pet fee and we were given a room for the disabled, which we didn't ask. There was no place in the shower for us to put our stuff except on the floor.
