Location for the concert venue we were attending was perfect. The history of the mansion and the way it has been tastefully furnished. Right from contact prior to check in, through check in, until we left, all the staff were amazingly friendly and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. We were there for 3 nights and the breakfast menu changed daily. Both hot and cold options were high quality.
Only two small points. Larger bath sheets would be appreciated. All door and furniture hinges would benefit from lubrication to remove the irritating squeaks.

The door to my room (31) didn’t lock from the outside. I asked maintenance and the man told me what was wrong and what it needed but didn’t actually follow through and make the repair. I wasn’t too concerned, however bc 1) the hotel was nearly empty and 2) I wasn’t traveling with valuables. Besides that, no issues.

The Sayre Mansion is a very charming place. We received a very warm welcome and the staff was exceptional, very courteous and very attentive to any needs. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed a wonderful stay. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you very much. We will be back!

Location was great View from my room was very nice Just cross the bridge, and you are in the downtown shopping area
Daily breakfast was great seemed a little disorganized. If there is a list make sure you are on that list don't just say there are 4 people and leave it at that. Food and service were wonderful once we got seated.

Train whistle at 10 pm, early morning truck traffic nearby. We are used to a quieter area for sleeping.
