The breakfast was not good. Eggs and sausage ok. Waffle batter was watered down so it did not cook properly. Hot water for oatmeal wasn’t hot enough to cook it poor selection of food.

Facilities were run down. Bugs in the room.

When we got there, we were in the room for maybe 10 minutes before leaving for a concert. We turned the ac on and it was making it a high pitched sound, we were hoping it was just because it had just got turned on and would be fine when we got back that night. It was worse when we got back so we contacted front desk and got moved to another room that was DIRTY. Dirty towel behind door, dirt, hair & water all over bathroom. Stain on bed, and dirt & hair all on mattress. Once again moved to another room and “upgraded” to king room where surfaces were dirty & sticky. Had to drive an hour away for another hotel at midnight.

Just passing thru, stayed one night. Nice for the night, nice breakfast.

Outlets didn’t work, the A/C struggled to cool the room and made a terrible rattling sound all night. The refrigerator barely cooled my water.

the location

hard bed, buzzing alarm clock, mildew on the bathroom walls. requesting a different room due to being put in a room with a joining door to another room. I was traveling alone and didn’t feel comfortable/safe in a room like that.

The staff was accommodating, they tried to search for a crib for us for our son and they provided help with a couple of things we forgot to bring. Breakfast was great and the hotel lobby was very pretty.

There was what appeared to be sunken spots from moisture all through our hotel room and we were on the fifth floor, the tub floor moved as we walked across it, as if it was warped. The house keeping in the room could have been a little better and there appeared to be blood or something in the tub and on the floor in the main room in several spots.

it was only 10 minutes from where I was working.

The carpet was very dirty and stained and the air conditioner was wore out and made a loud clacking noise all night. When I told front desk about the a/c she said they knew but it was old and nothing that could be done.
