Nice hotel...clean and good breakfast

I have stayed at several IHG locations, and I have always enjoyed the friendly staff. The comfort of my stay and the locations were essential for my work. The breakfast is always hot, and sufficient variety.

The room smelled like mold The ac was leaking on the floor keeping it wet and smelled awful...have stayed here before with the exact same issue but yet not addressed..

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in/out was very easy.

The first room was in poor condition… the armchair was tattered, the desk chair was worn and broken, there were patched areas of the wall that weren’t painted, and the window curtains were shredded. Also there was an issue where the floor was soaked around the AC unit. The highway road noise was also very loud (can’t say I’ve ever noticed that before inside a hotel) and it was raining when we checked in and there was a loud sound in the walls of water flowing… probably normal drain pipes coming from the roof, but again that’s never something I’ve noticed while staying in a hotel. They moved us to a new room. In the 2nd room one of the lights was making very loud electrical popping sounds, the wall mounted hair dryer was barely hanging on, and the shower curtain rod literally fell off the wall when we weren’t even using it.

They squeezed us in after finding roaches in the hotel room across the street. we were very thankful! the breakfast was also delicious! I would eat there again.

The staff was very professional, but also friendly. The room was nice. I have allergies and the room smelled clean without setting off my allergies. The breakfast was good.

The room and bathroom was clean, except for a little mold/mildew in the shower.

I was in room 305 and told them upon arrival that the room smelled strongly of urine, was told they were all booked up and couldn't offer me another room so just covered up the smell with air freshener, which only lasted a little while. Worst holiday inn I have ever stayed at and will never again stay there. I would sleep in my car first

great location and breakfast!

rooms are not updated like other Holiday Inn Express. it looks old, old carpets, old sofas with stains. not nice like the holiday inns are.
