There was 3 spots in the carpet, bed was as hard as a rock and the fire alarm went off at 5 am. The bathroom had been renovated but the shower leaked water all over the floor. Need at least one more waffle iron. I think that the room was over priced.

Towels were a scarce and precious commodity. Refrigerator did not work, mentioned it to the front desk and they only confirmed we weren’t the only ones with non working refrigerator. Which was a moderate inconvenience needing to keep small amounts of food and chilled/cold for my children during our stay. Refrigerator didn’t work the entire stay.

Price.

Ramada Inns used to be top notch. This place needs some serious updating to rooms/bathrooms.. Toilet paper holder loose, toilet plumbing not concealed in wall, only 1 towel/washcloth for each of us, no extra one. Mattress needs replacing as well, etc...

We were upgraded to a suite because our king room was unavailable.

Food was left in the refrigerator from the previous lodgers. And who knows how long that was. Shower was not hot.

The hallway leading to the room was nicely decorated and gave the appearance of a well-maintained hotel.

At check-in it was clear the staff were smoking marijuana. When we got into our room we noticed water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom. As we walked in further we noticed a large square hole cut out of the ceiling above the shower head. The shower curtain was torn and there was hair in the shower. Also, I booked a room for four people for four days and all we were given by way of toiletries was two small tubes of bath gel that were never replenished. The bath towels were refilled each day but some had many large stains on them.

Breakfast was just what we needed before finishing our trip. It is halfway point from home to our destination. Makes it easier traveling by breaking up the trip
