Wonderful lap pool, large and clean workout room, comfortable room with walk-in shower, very quiet, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner.

Mattress pitched us both toward the center of the bed. We went downstairs for lunch at 1:15 and found the dining room had closed 45 minutes early.

Bad sheets and pillow covers did not look like they have been changed that day. The bed was not correctly made. They still smelled someone else. There were only 2 towels.

Shuttle to airport decisive factor for booking

Airport shuttle is convenient. First hotel trip for my pup and it was very pet friendly - to a pit mix no less. Friendly staff, chill vibe but feels upscale. VERY well organized. There were weddings at the time of my stay, and I LOVED seeing them celebrate.

First floor room wasn't quite as clean as my last room on an upper floor; table was dirty. Parents not watching kids at the pool/gym. No bags at the pet poo station, please refill. :)

Parking problem and charges, cleanliness / smell in elevator and common area in each floor. No microwave facility in room take food to different floor for reheat who will carry open food in elevator reheat in different floor and come back to room??? No complimentary breakfast and flat charges for meal for all age.

The property is very well located for a lay over from Dulles International Airport. The rooms are sizeable and very clean with excellent bathroom facilities. The staff are all very helpful and parking is very easy on site

A lot of things were not included like toothpastes + toothbrushes, slippers and hand soap. I had to ask for it.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic as was the other food including the homemade soup!

Noticed small bits on the carpet in my room indicating a subpar vacuuming job. The restaurant is a bit outdated.

The room was wonderful, with separate sitting and sleeping areas. I also value having a real restaurant in the hotel. So many hotels don't anymore. The meal I ordered was delicious and I noted that the menu was sufficiently varied that it would satisfy many different tastes. I also value the shuttle to the airport, which was included as part of my order and not an extra charge. It was also early enough in the morning to meet my needs for my flight and it also came on time.

I have no complaints. I thought the hotel was great.

The employees were unaware of where the AED was and did not know how to use it once they found it during a medical emergency. This is unacceptable. Also, the restaurant told us they could seat 8 people and made us wait over 30 minutes, only to say they couldn’t accommodate a table of 8, as they would have to push tables together. There were two empty 8 top tables the entire evening.

The beds and bedding are amazing and very comfortable, the shuttle service from the airport is efficient, and the check in was very easy, the front desk reception gave us a room with 2 queen beds with no problem instead of one large king bed.

The restaurant and the buffet are simply too expensive --$23 per person for breakfast before tips and tax is just too expensive honestly. If it had been even $20 I would have accepted but it's just exaggerated. As it is we each got a muffin and a fruit yogurt bowl at the bar and for that plus one coffee the total was $30 so i would say the price inflation for food should be revised to offer more reasonable options.

The workers re very nice

Mine was a quick one night stay, but I really loved the place. It was very nice and very clean. The staff was as nice and accommodating as they could be. I would highly recommend.
