It was in the city where I reside.

They were gnats in the bathroom sink. Less important, is claiming to have a breakfast that didn’t exist.

Need bathtub/shower safety grab rails.

It was a very nice location

Their lobby was closed. I fell in the hotel room and broke my arm. I had to have family come 8 hours from St. Louis to get me. Since the lobby was closed, I stayed in my hotel room Between 3 and 4 hours past check out time. They forced me to pay for another day. Even though I was there only 4 hours extra and was gone by 2. They had no sympathy, and in my opinion, made a bad situation worse.

Fridge worked.

Roaches! 🪳 Roaches! 🪳 Roaches! 🪳 🫣 It was disgusting. (Sheets on one of the beds were dirty. More than likely the bed was just re-made after being used, instead of actually changing the linen.) Mattress covers have not been cleaned and/or replaced recently either. I would Not recommend this particular location to anyone. At all. Ever.

Cleanliness of the room and it’s location.

Perfect location!

Coffee pot was tucked away in a drawer and not out able to use. When my husband asked if they had coffee they said no. We would of bought coffee if we had known there was a maker!! We ended up buying some cups and instant coffee at Wal-Mart to have in the room!!

That is was clean.

Very noisy, street like drag races all night, disturbed sleep. No chair to relax in, just a desk chair, very uncomfortable. No cups or glasses in bathroom. Bed was so high off ground, had to jump and roll to get in. No grips in bathtub bottom, and no handholds. Very disappointed in value.

Cheap price at downtown

The shower and bathroom area had so many knats it was terrible someone needs to clean the pips up and get them outta there I tried but it way to many of them.
