Perfect location and many ocean view windows.

The trash smell was pretty bad near the parking side. The dish washer didn’t work properly.

Close to the beach

Our fan had only two wings and basically hanging from the ceiling about to come off. . We seen roaches which really made me uncomfortable. The tub drained very slowly.

the fact tht the bathrooms had mold and glad I brought bleach with me .and the washer didnt work ..the decks and the por h was cleaned ether.

Location and convenience to everything shops and, attractions and accommodations were very nice. Very spacious and homey feeling. Great balcony view of the beach. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Towels still had strands of blonde hair on them. The shower bases still had strands of blonde hair in them. One of the beds in one of the rooms needs a new frame underneath.

Location and apt was good although it was missing some normal items regularily found in a rental like scissors, dish towels and oven mitts.

I didnt like that the lobby of the building always smelled like poop and the parking lot smelled of hot garbage. It definitely ruined the experience.

The property was very clean and neat. Very chic!

Places were closed early. Check in wasn’t very clear but was within promised time.

Amenities. Proximity to the beach.

Cleaniness of rooms. Comfort of bed and sheets they felt dirty!

I liked being in a gated community, we felt safe. We used to go to Myrtle Beach every summer, but with the violence over the last few years we went elsewhere. A gated community has changed our minds. Upon arriving at the gates everyone was friendly & professional. The grounds were kept up beautifully. The condos are very private, I sat out on the deck without looking directly into another condo. The 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms worked out great for our family. It must be well insulated it was very quiet, we seen neighbors, but didn't hear anyone around us. We enjoyed our stay.

We usually book oceanfront, so I did miss my morning cup of coffee, sitting on the balcony watching & listening to the ocean; also the sunset. There was not a close restroom at the beach. We could not access the closest pool with a restroom, it had a keypad. That was inconvenient. We said, if we stay again, we want an ocean front.

I enjoyed the beach, and the activities we were able to do.

First time in Myrtle Beach and I must say I was Very disappointed in this company.. First received a call the day before we were suppose to arrived. To find out we had to be moved to a different location due to a squatter being in our condo. They were able to find a different location which still was not on the beach where we initially booked. But we took it because we had already rented a van and paid for that as well to get there. They offered a partial refund and a water park tickets. However once we arrived we got into the unit and the unit was filthy. Reached out to the staff,they had a cleaning lady come out which took 2 hours that we had to wait and they still did not finish. The day we checked out spoke to the front desk lady and explained what happen. She said she reach out to one of the managers for them to call me back to see about getting a refund for the cleaning fee however I never did receive a call back. I called back the next day they told me they would leave a message for her to call me back as soon as possible I still never received a call back. I pretty much got the runaround and by the time I finally spoke to someone which is a totally different person she stated they couldn't do a refund dur to the cleaning lady coming back out afterI called. Which should have been done prior to us getting there. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation ended up very uncomfortable, and unhappy due to the unit being so dirty when we arrived.

The property was just as depicted in photos. Full kitchen. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Washer/dryer worked well. Screened porch was nice to sit outside.

Our room wasn't ready until 5:15 pm. No advance warning. Called at 2pm to check status of room but no 9ne answered, so I left a voice-mail. MO response. I didn't like "no refund" pol8cy; sometimes life happens. I didn't like being charged weeks ahead of arrival.
