Beach was awesome perfect location. Sadly that’s all that we liked.
We’ll I could go on about how are stay was not good from the moment we got there till the minute we left sigh…. From staff who where not so nice to bugs to wait staff who forgot are food sigh….

The only good thing was the shower had good water pressure.
Pool was closed due to a part, yet people were in it. Room was very dated. Stains on the carpet and walls, sleep sofa was in rough shape, no weather stripping on doors, so wind blew right in, signs posted no smoking, yet smoking containers were in every hallway. Restaurant advertised a beer special in the office, but they were only open for breakfast. Patio door did not lock.

It was right off the ocean.
It was dirty. The dehumidifier needed to be emptied and we reported it. No one ever came. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was not a good fit at all!

The staff was great. Let us check in early and room had the best view of anywhere I have stayed on the obx. I think the elevator is sketchy but it worked. Room wasn't fancy but very clean and comfortable. I can't wait to come back again. They make you feel welcome

The staff was nice and friendly they explained everything to us.
The room we stay at had a smoke smell. I'm not a smoker so I'm very sensitive to the smell but the hotel staff was really nice and offered us an apology and breakfast.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff we encountered was super - friendly and very responsive. We had an oceanfront room which was enjoyable.

it was a little more outdated then what I expected from from the pictures. But that didn’t take away from the experience. for some reason we didn’t have room service so no one cleaned room? not sure why but the front staff was great about giving us extra supplies when needed

Fabulous rooms overlooking the ocean, couldn’t be closer. excellent staff providing extra blankets within 30 min of request.
Restaurant served delicious fresh meals and the bar was very cosy with great Margaritas served by a very convivial bar man.
we liked it so much we booked an extra night.
