Need to do better for breakfast

The room needed to be cleaned; my husband needed to clean the dust off of vanity and the counter before we could use them. The floors were not very clean either. When walking on them barefoot, the bottoms of our feet got dirty.We needed the get batteries from the front desk for the tv remote as that was not functioning upon arrival. The office was very small and the area for breakfast(in the same location) had a chemical smell. We chose not to even have the free coffee there. We went to a nearby Denny’s.

Great Location and comfortable bed.
Room could have been a lot cleaner. the bathroom sink and shower were still covered in hair from the last person who stayed there. also the bath towels were caked in hair too.

The so called breakfast...less than stellar, there was nothing out at 6:15 , guy walks out in his sleep wear tosses a couple of plastic utensil i the bin a loaf of bread on the counter , the butter was not spreadable ..extremely noisy and place stunk.of mothballs never again...I would rate this a rat trap

Seemed shady, inside seemed old, in need of a remodel… Shower curtain had heavy mold on it!!! The front desk area had foul odor and no one was there in the morning…. Didn’t dare try their free continental breakfast…

We didn't have the breakfast, we left before it was available, the room was clean and comfortable, the gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.
We were hauling an enclosed trailer and the parking lot made it difficult to get the truck turned around to leave in the morning, we ended up having to back out onto the main highway.

I didn’t eat there, because it was not clean enough
First the location of th hotel was incorrect.I had to call for the new location. In my room there was no cover over the AC and it was filthy dirty. The rest of the room was clean, but I didn’t want to eat breakfast there because the setup was not clean enough.

Nothing, we left because there were bait traps outside the rooms, the floors were sticky, mold in the bathroom. Also they had used bars of soap in the bathroom. Should have reported them to the health department. Also have a claim with my credit card company because they would not refund our money.

For what it is, it was a fine room. Small, but fairly clean. We liked the little table and chairs for meals brought back to the room VERY much, and appreciated the roomy refrigerator with a freezer section...very helpful. The bed was comfortable.
We liked the cleanliness of the vinyl plank flooring, SO much better than the usual musty wall to wall carpeting.
The lobby breakfast was simple fare but just fine.
A previous occupant had obviously smoked quite a bit in the room (in spite of multiple "no Smoking" signs). We left the fan on in the bathroom and used the AC fan to draw fresh air in, and it got better. The lack of a carpet helped in this endeavor. Street traffic was a bit noisy but couldn't be helped.

they had roaches an when I complained the manager came up to the room an was like he didn’t see any when he was in there

It was repainted and seemed to be taken good care of by the staff.
The breakfast was lacking but then I didn’t stay there for the breakfast. Breakfast sucks at most places. So no worries here.
