The staff was very friendly and the pre-order breakfast was easy and convenient for our family. The location in Leavenworth is so close to everything.

The sack breakfast was better than nothing. The challenge is food restrictions are not neccessarily met that way. A full breakfast would have been nice, but we were grateful for something plus all the beverage choices in the lobby.

We had to check out early because of poor travel conditions, and we were worried about getting stuck on the wrong side of the pass. They gave us a refund for our extra day we booked without even having to ask! We so appreciated it.

The pool is always nice.
Our chair was broken, the bag breakfast needs to go. You have to empty your own garbage every day and no cans on the second or third floor. Covid precautions are over. I would bring back the hot breakfast buffet.

It was great, Everything was nice and the vibe of the place was super cozy and comfy. I really loved the fire place and hot tub!
There isnt anything I disliked, everyone was super friendly and there was free coffee and a variety of creamers. My only complaint is that you couldn’t use card on the vending machine.

The staff was super friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, the lobby was festive and cozy, the coffee bar was very convenient...
Jacuzzi was closed for one of the days, but not a deal breaker. We had a fabulous time.

the mini fridge is large compared to most other hotels.
rooms are small, things are broken, just very crappy in general. gross. Hotel lost one of my bookings and tried to tell me he remembered me calling to cancel…. I never called. they fixed it in the end and gave us a room but after 6 hours of driving, for the guy to try and pull that was ridiculous.

Location
Wasn't happy with Murphy beds. They are definitely not as comfortable as regular beds. I ran a marathon that weekend and was hoping for a more comfortable bed.

They offer free breakfast, make to order. It’s great. Room is big and very clean. Stuff is friendly. Location is on the edge of center, but still in walking distance.

the only positiv thing I can say is, the location was great.
worst hotel I ever stayed in, smelly room, very loud surrounding, carpet was wet, uncomfortable bed and very bad smell, literally didn’t sleep at all that one night of stay. very small room on top of that. it was definitely not worth $198 a night. never again!!!
