The bed was comfortable

There was Noone to check us in for about 20 to 30 mins and there was no hot water until about midnight on our last night the appliances that they gave us was broken and did not work no housekeeping during our stay and when we arrived the air was on 60 degrees had to wait an hour for the room to warm up when we arrived we wanted to eat and could not get kitchen supplies until the next day when we was told they was already in the room prior to arrival

Tiffany at front desk was nice. Room was comfortable

Public areas were dirty.

Close to some decent stores and restaurants

Staff was rude and not very helpful. 1 of the 2 rooms booked smelled like smoke and they said they would give us Lysol or febreze which would only cover the smell. “Breakfast” included in the stay was packets of oatmeal, granola bars, and push button coffee. Front Desk said muffins would be available as well but there were none.
