The staff, specifically Sandy, but the other woman was also kind and friendly. We had an issue with our mattress as it appeared moldy when checking for bed bugs, so we asked if there was another room. The other room we were given was not guest ready (water leak in ceiling). We asked if we could just be refunded, and they did so without a fuss. Then Sandy actually called Holiday Inn Express to see if they could take us, as it was July 4th and places were booked. They took us! She was incredible. Excellent service.

It is in need of a full remodel with new everything, including mattresses.

Ditry the bedspread a had a giant stain on it the chairs were gross dirty the sink area was dirty w hair . I had to clean it myself to just sit down i slept in the chair because the bedspread .The fridge hadn't been wiped dirty. I had to clean the room myself to sit down and sleep.

Realmente increíble. Todo bien amplio, bien cómodo. Bien limpio.
