The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The property was right on Napili Bay with a lovely beach right in front. We found the location very quiet and the other guests we met came back year after year. While the property didn’t have its own restaurant, there were many nice restaurants within walking distance. There were also plenty of spaces for car parking. We will definitely be going back to Hale Napili!

Everything! The studio was comfortable, well equipped, and had a balcony overlooking the lawn and ocean. We spent hours watching the water, the whales and the beach activities. It was so peaceful and soothing listening to the waves come to shore while we drifted off to sleep at night. Heaven!

The beach immediately in front of the resort was rated as one of the best beaches in Hawaii. It was great to have such close access. There was decent snorkeling from the beach, including turtles. And we saw whales out in the ocean. The room was small but included a full, well stocked kitchen. There were also enough chairs for sitting on the grass between the resort and the beach, or on the beach itself. Sunsets were amazing and you could watch from your beach chair or while swimming the ocean outside the resort.
The codes to get into the complex and into our room were somewhat complicated. We never saw any staff while we were there, which was not an issue, just interesting. The dishwasher was small and not very powerful.

Beach at the property. Morning swim. Breakfast short walk down the beach. Sunsets. When other guests left I saw what the cleaning ladies at the property did to clean and sanitize the rooms. They must have spent 5 or 6 hours in each room. Amazing!! One should feel very confident in staying here that their rooms have been so prepared.

location and updated rooms
someone was smoking a lot of weed under or around our balcony making it impossible at times to sit on balcony. also a large family would take over the yard in the evenings so we felt weird going out in the yard or on our balcony. that was disappointing

The title says a lot. The property is right up against one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. That and a well managed facility that is very secure and beautiful. Guest-only access to the beach through a coded gate allows for enjoying the tropical lawn area for sunbathing knowing your towels, snorkel equipment, etc. is secure. The water is literally just steps away and you don’t have to worry about sand getting all over your stuff. If you prefer the sand, foot and body showers allow for a good rinsing before going back to your room.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The property is right on the water in a little bay. We checked out many other swim spots on the island and found that the low wind and sandy beach at Nipali bay were ideal. The property itself is meticulously maintained and has many little touches that make one feel cared for. For instance, there’s a little can labeled “grease,” the kitchen is outfitted with Cutco knives, the air conditioning works well and is quiet, and the bed is comfortable.
The only thing I will say is that the furniture is a little dated, but once you see all the little touches and the updated bathrooms and kitchens (we stayed in two different rooms), you will get over the furniture. Also, our first room had a leak, they took care of it promptly and moved us to a room with a view at no additional charge. The room we were first in kind of smelled, but I imagine it’s because of the leak, which they had repaired within just a few days.

The condo had everything we needed! The kitchen was well equiped. The bed was very comfortable and we listened to the waves lull us to sleep each night! The condo is literally a few steps from the beach! We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio watching the waves! So peaceful!
