Clean rooms

Very basic. Broken tv. No toilet paper, pillows, sheets, or towels in the room upon arrival. Sfafe enough but so basic. Staff seems overwhelmed and quite honestly, not very happy.

The room was clean and neat.

We had to wait 10 minutes for the desk clerk to show up at the window. A resident tried to call him several times before he finally showed up. The sink sat real low and had to bend over far to do anything there.

Good water pressure in shower.

Room on 3rd floor, but no elevator in building. Shower had no grab bars or mat to avoid slipping. Toilet flushed incompletely.

Clean room. Comfortable mattress. Parking lot well-lighted.

Outside traffic noise. A required unadvertised $100 damage deposit. No toilet paper in bathroom. No towels provided the second day unless requested. Sparse breakfast with stale begals. One lamp in room not working. Toilet tank takes 20-30 minutes to refill.

Nice bed, easy access from interstate. Glad they allowed pets.

Extra expensive to have pets! Lots of garbage in the pet walking area.

People smoke in their room

Saff was very friendly, although my interaction was limited. I just needed to sleep the night and went right to bed.

Terrible smell. Had a non-smoking room and it was pretty bad. Had to get a candle and febreze. Hallway floors look like they haven't been vacuumed in weeks.

Booked for pets. Did not get a pet room, was charged $100.00 for incidentals plus $20.00 per pet per night. Outrageous!!!! We canceled and went elsewhere.

Location and staff

The beds were hard. We booked a queen room with 2 beds and got 2 double beds. It was too late to complain after such a long drive. The room was cramped and had a weird smell. The AC/Heating unit was L-O-U-D all night. The breakfast consisted of freezer-burnt (tasting) mini muffins, white bread, and bagels for toasting. There was no place to sit while having a bit of something to have with the coffee.

the rooms were dirty, on our arrival they had to vacuum after we had checked in.. the shower was dirty and had mold in the tub because the water wouldn’t shut completely off. A dog barked the whole entire time and couldn’t get a good nights rest.
