Owner was extremely nice and very accommodating!! I just had knee surgery and couldn't walk steps , so he happily put me in a room downstairs, no problem.

I decided to give it a second chance after being stolen from in July. Danny assured us it would happen again. Double charged again. Not only were we stolen from he discriminated against me for being a woman. I called the police after he refused to talk to me because a woman had no busy handling those issues. Remind you the booking was in my name, so I had every right to handle the issues. We were still charged 400 plus dollars and only stayed one night. Read the Google reviews for all the stories of theft. I'll never stay again especially since Danny discriminates against women and is a con. Even the cop shook his head and gave us recommendation on a better place to stay. Tons of stink bugs everywhere including bed and on breakfast items

Location was great, could walk to everything, breakfast was good, quick grab and go items, the deck was nice and the view was good. the fireplace and the ac unit both worked really well. the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom shower needs to be cleaned better, the was black stuff in shower door slide and on the bottom of shower door, the bathroom ceiling was cracked and paint coming off, coffee maker was in bathroom, door to room was hard to close, the pool which was advertised as working, had no water and needs to be repaired. had to ask for towels which were thin, hallway had a strange smell, whole place needs to be updated and repaired, not what expected when it has Wyndham.

We asked if we could pay cash and the receptionist said ok. Later on the next day after checkout the total was deducted from my account. We paid twice. I was told I would get my money back. The same receptionist that checked us in checked us out. We reminded her at check out about our cash deposit return and she hit our card after we had a 2nd discussion. I'll never stay there again for that reason alone.

The bedding was dirty. The toilet almost over flowed ever time you flushed. There weren't enough pillows on the beds. There wasn't breakfast like advertised. Overall not a great place to stay. I would pay the extra and book at the holiday Inn down the road.

Very unprofessional and nasty rooms discrimination as well I didn't request a handicapped room or pet friendly room why did I receive both?

The room was covered with bed bugs .Stayed there all of 20 minutes .Payed 308.00 dollars for our stay .He never refunded me a penny back .I called the main Wyndham office multiple times .They done absolutely nothing .I had to cut my trip short because I had to go get another motel room at different place.it was traumatizing to me and my daughter .We threw all our stuff in parking lot and went through all our stuff looking for the bugs which we did find a couple..do not stay at this place it is nasty ,infested with bed bugs and the man that owns it is a rude uncaring person that hung up on me everytime I called about giving me my money back.This was in February 2023.

Check in person was very nice. I believe she was new because there was a man kind of hovering over her.

Hotel needs upgrading, cleaning and general maintenance. Beds were comfy. Water pressure was low. Coffee maker in room was missing a part which made it unusable.
