The convenience of location to our family
The smell of cigarettes when you walk through the hall

The bed was comfortable. Location good.
The room was very hot, old ac took forever to cool it down. Price compared to other properties with better amenities was not good. No pool. Limited coffee. No microwave.

The A/C wasn't on when we arrived and it took several hours to cool down.
