I loved that you had half-and-half for the coffee, although the coffee itself is very weak. Loved the fresh fruit and yogurt. Very good cereal selection. Very nice of you to have cookies set out in the lobby for guests.

The tv in room 207 is broken. It worked for 1 1/2 hours, and then the screen went black and we only had sound. I also hate that you only offer plastic utensils. They’re even in plastic wrappers. PLEASE just get inexpensive metal utensils and a dishwasher.

Had a smell of mold & had bugs in the bathroom.

There was a roach on my last day in the hotel. And I understand it is Florida and roaches happen. The bigger issue is the front desk didn't seem to really care when I told them. Also I had a hard time getting the staff to clean my room. The staff person told me I didn't need my room cleaned and closed my door on me. I told her I did need the room cleaned and answered her in both English and Spanish. She still tried to close the door on me again and had another person confirm she was supposed to clean my room. The eggs are from a powder mix and the bacon is mystery meat. The walls are thin and I could hear the room next door snoring all night and into the morning. I couldn't sleep.
