Great location and nice place to stay for travelers. The bedrooms suite was comfortable and well appointed with good amenities.

Biggest complaint about the bedroom was how loud the air conditioner was. We had to turn off on a very hot evening. The TV was difficult to operate with no instructions on how to use it. And finally the bathroom floor had suspicions stains on it.

Staff and location was great. Very accommodating to specifics!!!

Bathroom needed cleaned better. Soap residue from previous guest in shower, mold and mildew above shower curtain rod.

Location and convenient to many stores and restaurants.

Dirty sheets and pillow case on one of the beds. Tv was out a lot due to "no connection".

The property was clean, my room was quite large and had excellent heat/cold controls in each room. The shower had great pressure and was very hot. The sitting/TV area was very nice. The bed and linens were very comfortable.

Although the place is very clean, it could use some updates. A pet peeve of mine is when the tile has mold in the grout. Even some of the high end hotels I have stayed in have this same problem and I don’t know why…..anyway, for the price and location I would stay here again.

The carpet was not clean, there were spots in the bedroom area.

Location was great!

Room rates of 245.00 was over price for old and squeaky bed, plumbing in the room above. Us was very loud when they used the bathroom, bathroom door was unsettling, air conditioner cords pulled out in the floor, the window view was full of spider web/lumpy bed cause back ach and bed linen very dull. We chose this hotel because we stayed at an excellent one in July in Ashville NC. Can't compare.
