Pool was great. Love the suite with the separate bedroom. Enjoyed the hot breakfast.

Kind of hidden and hard to find if you’re not familiar with the area!

Good location, close to highways, stores, shopping.

Noise! Lots of noise from people constantly slamming doors, talking loud in hallways very late into the night, running up and down the stairs, dogs barking, kids running up and down the halls. They need to implement "Quiet hours" like other hotels, it was ridiculous the amount of noise. Basic breakfast and items would run out before the end of breakfast and this occurred a few different times. Bed was too firm., hard to sleep on top of the noise. AC is preprogrammed, I had to keep setting the temperature to keep it cool in the room.

The only good part of this place was a gentleman at the desk named Tony. When I got there I had to change my room 3x and he was gracious and helpful.

Everything was dirty, some things were broken . The tv is too small and far away from the bed for one to be able to actually watch something.

Spacious room. Friendly service. Good value for money ratio.

Poorly insulated windows, you can also hear noises from the corridor. The bathroom could use a renovation instead of a rather disgusting mat. Breakfast was terrible.

When it comes to the quality of the room couple things come to mind first the PTAC air conditioning unit was not warming the room the way it should be last night the temperature was in the low 30s and I literally had that unit on its hottest setting for the Heat and my room was still cool luckily I brought a second blanket with me that I put across the bed for my lady and I. Second thing the bathroom the shower water pressure was poor the water was very hot but the water pressure was poor and the elevator kind of shook me a little bit thought I had got stuck in there when I took it down to the first floor door would not open I had to hit the button probably four or five times before the door opened up thought I was going to have to call in and trap my phone call to 911 but the door finally opened so definitely please have management and Facilities maintenance check that. And as far as the guest staff they could be a little bit more pleasant instead of seeing me like someone was bothering them you know they're there to do a job not get paid to chill and do what they want to do could be more courteous and friendly to the guests cuz at the end of the day we are paying their salary. And the amenities in the lobby could be better how do they have a snack shop and there is nothing in there but a couple bottles of water and a couple bottles of Coke no selection for the guests to choose from you would figure that they would keep that stocked and have a variety of choices for their guests.
