The complimentary breakfast was above average.

The staff was unhelpful and dishonest. The AC in the room made a terrible noise and staff was not willing to help or accommodate. The bathroom was dated and dirty and carpet has stains all over it. There was also hair on the bed sheets.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. I had to change a room because the television did not work, and there was no phone in the room. There were several loud young men in rooms adjacent to mine, who were not only intimidating, but kept me up most of the night. there was no security check like there had been attempted break-in. I would not ever go to this facility again.

The cleanliness and comfort of the sleeping room and bath room was very good. The A/C unit worked perfectly.

I selected La Quinta because an Airport Shuttle was advertised. Upon Check-In I learned that the shuttle service doesn't start until 4:30AM. I had to be at the SLC Airport at 3:45AM for my 5:10AM departure. This info should have been disclosed in advance.

The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We’ve stayed at this location before and enjoyed it so that’s why we stayed again. But everything was SOOO dirty this time around. The walls were covered in hand prints and grungy, the floors were disgusting I didn’t wanna walk around bare foot, the bathroom doors were falling apart the paint was peeling and chipped. Just all around pretty nasty.

First room they gave us had filthy carpet that smelled of dog urine, the beds were impossibly uncomfortable. We asked for a different room, it was better but not up to the standards we came to expect from La Quinta.

Breakfast was alright

Booked the room for the sole purpose of jacuzzi after my 30hr drive. Health inspector shut it down before I got there and nothing was done to redirect me to another hotel chain that had a working jacuzzi, Noone notified me of this happening before showing up. Poor communication as a whole. Definitely do your research if you want your amenities and still pay for them. If I wanted just a bed I would've went to motel 6 for the night.
