Bed bugs, filthy smell, dirty bed, filthy tub, air did not work, no one fixed it, no towels, it was a DISTEROUS STAY IN EVERY ASPECT. HAVING TO SLEEP IN THE CAR

they are roach infested, and have mildew in their showers they also will not give you a refund if you are in the room more than 10 minutes

Absolutely nothing. The person at the front counter was rude and completely unprofessional. When I told her the room she checked me into five minutes prior was so filthy and disgusting that I could not stay she snatched back my room key and said ok. No apology or attempt to correct the situation. She also said booking . Com had to process my refund.

The property was seedy to put it lightly. The rude front desk staff and the filthy walkways were a bad sign. The staircases in disrepair another bad sign. The filthy room with stains visible in the beds as soon as I opened the door, along with the horrendous smell of cigarettes and filth made this an immediate no go. When I returned to the front desk less than 5 minutes after checking in and was told that a refund would be processed by the people at booking.com and had my room card snatched out of my hand by that rude receptionist I knew this was bad news.

The place was dirty inside and out. The top covers had blood stains and the towels were stain and dirty as well. During the night I was bittened by bugs. See attached:

There was roaches crawling everywhere! The whole entire room was dirty! dirty towels was laying around! No lamps worked in the entire rooms and the door didn’t shut or lock properly!
