Roaches were coming out of the coffee machine. And the app said breakfast was included which wasnt true. They don't offer breakfast. Tub wasn't clean and there was no soap or shampoo. Dresser drawers were broken

The room was handicap, was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like smoke. So my parents had to switch rooms with me. Roaches were present, and sheets had cigarette burns.

Absolutely nothing. We paid for our room, stepped inside, and quickly went and demanded our money back.

To start, the pictures on the site were VERY misleading. The hotel and grounds were quite dirty and unkempt. The 2 guys in the front were very rude. There was a big language barrier, but they got mad at YOU for not understanding what they were saying. With that being said, we were exhausted so we continued to try to get checked in to the room- however, when we went in it smelled of an odor I couldn't identify, the beds looked like that were on double platforms and it would have taken a step stool to get on, AND my very tech savvy 19 year old daughter found a hidden camera at the base of the TV, which was right in front of the beds, which now made sense why the beds were so high up off the floor. We quickly went back and demanded our money back. We probably should have called the police, but we just wanted to get out of there. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Pool not open and no breakfast like advertised. Awful. People were BBQing outside their room. Not a place to stay overnight with family on vacation. Very disappointed.

bed ( mattress)were stain, (bathroom facet, door, chair were broken, cigarette smell and the water was sooo hot never warm or cold. surrounding areas dirty.

Says continental breakfast no breakfast at all. There was cigarette ashes and toe nail clippings in wall where toilet paper is held. The hair dryer in room didnt work and coffee pot needed cleaned or replaced tasted horrible to brew. I asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled of smut walking in.
