easy to ride around sun river, they gave us two complimentary bikes to use. beautiful scenery. lots of activities to do during your stay!

Unit was spacious, clean, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had every supply to cook. Shopping is nearby. Easy to drive to ski or airport. Beautiful view all around. Great restaurants walking distance

Jacuzzi and pool was not operating.

We had an issue with our room and the staff were not accommodating at all. They failed at ownership, follow through and over promised while under delivered in everything. We showed up Saturday and finally got to our room around 6:30 PM. We waited around for the issue to get resolved and ended up getting a call around 8:36 PM saying someone will come out the next morning between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. After waiting around all morning we heard nothing. We changed our plans that morning and let them know we would be back in a few hours. The lady at the front desk said she would give me a call once they showed up, that way I would know the issue has been resolved. We never got a call but ended up returning to the office around noon, the lady at the front desk said oh ya they came by earlier and it’s been fixed. We returned to our room and the issue was STILL NOT RESOLVED… I called down to the office and let them know, I asked if there was any sort of accommodation that could be done since our short weekend get away turned into a complete headache. They said there’s nothing they can do besides “maybe” letting us borrow a DVD free of charge. We checked out Monday morning and I asked again for any sort of accommodation, the assistant manager Linda was of no help and gave us the run around once again. She said they offered a “free DVD rental and that was their accommodation. Our first night was ruined, the next morning was ruined, I expected something more accommodating than a DVD for the night.

The overall place was very nice. Full kitchen.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well.

Our whole family was able to gather and interact together. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Having the clubhouse available for our family was awesome and my mom enjoyed her birthday party. We had a really great time.

The Murphy beds were not as comfortable as the other beds.

We were so surprised at how incredibly nice & big this place was. BIG bathrooms. Great showers. Very roomy for the 4 of us! 2 small patios with chairs. Restaurants & coffee place close by. Highly recommend. About 15-20 min drive to Bend.

This is a minor thing but...since it was winter, & thus very cold outside, it would've been nice to have special heaters/heat lamp things in the bathrooms to keep you warm after getting out of the shower. But we would def stay here again. Oh, & a Keurig-type coffeemaker would be preferred over making a big pot for just one person.

It was beautiful! Very easy to find, and just felt like a home away from home. It just felt like we moved to a new apartment that was already set up and decorated just for me.

I honestly couldn't not have asked for more.

Late check in time. Amenities weren't available. Price seemed high for what we got.

We had a great time at The Pines and celebrated the Christmas weekend. The hot tub was not available after 6 PM which was a bit of a letdown. Overall it was a super trip!

The small pillows in the master bedroom weren’t great but not a dealbreaker.
