Old but gracious. Located near grocery store and 2 ski resorts.

A little long in tooth but had its own charm.

Quiet, Roomy, Convenient Location. Staff is friendly and helpful

Breakfast is very poor, with no restaurant options within walking distance. No healthy options, just sugary lowest budget pastry and coffee. No toaster, no bread, no fruit, no yogurt, no oatmeal packets. Attempts to work around this scuttled by no Microwave in room, and a dysfunctional fridge that leaves half the items warm and the other half frozen solid. Coffee maker on “food vanity” can’t be used there due to lack of outlet. 9 of 10 other places I stayed at on this monthlong trip all had at least minimum acceptable options for a modest breakfast. Also, place is looking worn - no obvious reinvestment in keeping it up to date.

Convenient location

We paid $50 more for the same type of room as our friends did when we booked early and they did not. Two different front desk staff members were very unhelpful and completely blew me off when I brought it up.

Good value budget accommodation in Frisco. Rooms had all the basics. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Nothing in particular, but understand this is a budget hotel. Id stay there again.

I just love the home feeling of this hotel. It is always clean, has a grill, picnic table, close to the lake.

I enjoyed the 9 days stay here for my skiing trip. The location is perfect for my epic pass, and I can also work with a wife good speed. Staffs are chill, friendly and helpful. I’d love to come back for my next ski trip.

Would be nice if we could have whole day hot drinking water and coffee service.
