The breakfast was good

The carpets and floors were filthy, air conditioner was so loud we got very little sleep…. After bringing it to the front desk attention the response was…yeah yeah a lot of them don’t even work

HOt tub did not work..pool was like jumping into a cold lake....shiver shiver..in and out in two seconds....no kidding it was like a cold lake....cheap hotel didn't want to pay bill to keep pool at a decent temp and hot tub was out of order ...on the flip side hotel worker gave me a pass to go across the street to the wellness club where they had a very nice pool and huge hot tub...i booked this hotel for the pool ..hot tub and breakfast...one out of the three passed my expectations (breakfast) would not stay again because the pool was like ice and no hotub...

The breakfast was amazing selection, and delicious. The staff was super friendly. The amenities were lovely, and we loved being able to bring our dog with us.

The room was very clean when we arrived, as well as the lobby. The breakfast buffet was very good, well supplied, good choices, and clean. Pool was also fun. Good location for our trip, and many restaurants nearby.

No maid service (due to shortage of staff) for our 3 nights stay. Daily, had to place used towels & trash outside our door. Got fresh towels & refill of necessary supplies at the front desk.
