Not really much to like. The lobby was nice.

The uncomfortable bed, and people yelling down the halls. Also having law enforcement there cause of a disturbance was not great either.

Gym equipments were broken and we couldn’t use it

Water in shower was nice & hot.

Needed to be updated & furniture was old.

Staff are non professional, they charged me the same amount twice because of one of them mistake . They were a rude white checking out process .

We were moved to 3 different rooms, the first room had mold so immediately we had to request another room, the staff was very considerate in giving us another room, however the next morning the second room we were in had bed bugs! We had gotten up and when we moved the blankets there was a decent size bed bug crawling on the sheets where my daughter slept, then when my husband checked his bed there were several bugs on the bed as well. When we went to let the staff know, they said “I don’t believe you have bed bugs”, even though we showed them pics. Clearly bed bugs, my husband asked for a free night or our money back for that night and now having to change rooms again, he said they couldn’t do anything other than put us in another room, we were there for a softball tournament and to have to move 3 times was an inconvenience, especially when we are driving 5 hrs to get to where we needed to be.

The room was clean.

The mattress next to the window in room 320 has a large crevasse in it. Super uncomfortable. The handle lock in the bathroom door had been drilled open and it was super sharp.

It was in a good location, I felt safe
