Staff was helpful with giving all information needed clearly and asking how things were & if we had any questions or needs frequently when walking through the lobby. A couple staff held open doors for us.
We got a suite room and it was very spacious and clean.
The pool and hot tub area was the cleanest and best-kept of any place I’ve stayed.
The breakfast had great variety and also was closely serviced (items kept full at correct temperatures, tables cleaned quickly between guests).

Everything was so nice!
The only change I would have made would be to have sliding doors at the entrance. I was by myself and my hands were full so I had to put some stuff down and open both doors. Not really a complaint it’s honestly the only thing I could think of.

there was a big pile of dirt and trash in the doorway of our room . someone forgot to clean it up .

The jacuzzi in our room was amazing!!! We loved it!
Breakfast buffet didn't offer bacon until Monday which was our last day there, also had to wait Monday morning for the breakfast stuff to be refilled for at least 15 to 20 minutes and there was only 2 other people there besides us.

The room was clean and very comfortable and I never heard any noise from adjoining rooms. The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of items to choose from. It is within walking distance to one of KC's best BBQ joints.
The only thing I could call them out on was the trash receptacle outside the front doors. It was completely overflowing with trash.

Room was huge and nice spa bath
Staff was unfriendly, rude, untrained, and completely ruined our whole day of our trip, 2 1/2 hrs waiting to get charges removed from my credit card which was the hotels mistake it was charged AND they let me pay them cash at check out time knowing it was already charged. The lady who checked me in said paying cash was fine when I told her that I brought cash for hotel. She said there'd be a $10 charge that would come off in 5 days I said ok.The other staff didnt know how to give me my money back so I waited on a manage for 1.5 hrs mean while my bank was so very very kind to assist me in removing the pending charges on my account and didn't understand why the hotel was unable to. The staff made it seem it was our fault and did nothing to help or offer any free rooms or discounts for future stay. One of the staff told my daughter she didn't realize our financial situation, degrading us about our personal stability.
