The hosts were fabulous. The decor, and updates modern farm house and cozy. The breakfasts and complementary spirits— yum! We will definitely come back if in the area. LOVE that we can be at a bed & breakfast, have a more intimate and cozy experience from a hotel, AND bring our dog. Erika and Mike are great hosts and have done a fantastic job on this place. Close to lake, cute towns around and yet off the beaten path a little too. Loved it!

Flys in the room and water temp in bath not ideal, but it’s an old farm house so expected somewhat. We were in the top floor so window open to get a breeze— just need a screen on one window.

I never thought a Bed & Breakfast could be as awesome as this one was. My husband took me away for a "surprise" anniversary trip. When he mentioned we were staying at a Bed & Breakfast I was a little hesitant. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We were greeted by the owner, Erica offering us drinks. (which were available all day every day) She brought us up to our room which was PERFECT! We stayed in the Laurel Suite. It had a little sitting room separate from the bedroom which also had its own bathroom. I am extremely picky when it comes to bedding. I was prepared to use my own blankets (as I normally do when I travel anywhere) I did not need to! The bed, the sheets, the blanket were all so comfortable! I never slept this great away from home! Breakfast every morning was phenomenal. Not only do they cook with eggs from their chickens, Mike, the other owner, can cook whatever you ask for and it comes out perfect! They offered everything from a yogurt parfait to french toast and waffles. I had it all! Mike made caramelized peaches to top the waffles and french toast! It was amazing and my pictures don't do it justice! Mike even made my husband Chicken & Waffles - NOT ON THE MENU - Mike heard him mention it in passing and the next morning my husband ate like a king! Erica and Mike want their visitors to feel at home - away from home. They provided a one-of-a-kind experience. I never expected to have such a great time at a Bed & Breakfast! We plan to visit again, this time we'll bring our daughter - because she would absolutely love it!

Michael and Erica were such welcoming hosts. They made you feel so comfortable and at ease the minute you checked in. The breakfast was truly amazing, fresh eggs and fruit and cooked to order by Michael. The rooms were clean and so cozy. The guests all shared in the warmth of the hosts and engaged in easy conversation. Exactly what you are looking for in a B&B. Bravo! We will return.

It was clean and well decorated. The owners are so friendly and interesting. Breakfast was fantastic. Eggs fresh from their own chickens. Yum. Access to the lake was a plus. It was so relaxing. Will be going back for sure.
