Pool was clean and relaxing. My son had some kids to play with while swimming most of the day.

The location was convenient.

Housekeeping could do a better job with cleaning the rooms. Front desk agents weren't friendly. The phone in the room wasn't operable. The first room I checked into wasn't clean, had numerous roaches in the sink and in the tub. I immediately contacted front desk about the issue. She came to the room, asked to see the roaches then assigned another room. I checked in around 8pm, was tired, had a long day. The fact that she had to see the roaches, I had just checked in about 4 minutes prior to observing the roaches was a bit much. Management needs to contact an exterminator pronto. There were guests in the parking lot around 11pm laughing loud blasting music, very hard for me to sleep through all the noise. I regretted booking the Mesquite location. Definitely won't make that mistake again.

Location was ok.

There was a substantial water leak in the bathroom, making it almost impossible to use the toilet. My wife and i noticed a lot of criminal activities on the property. I.E. Prostitution and drugs

The location is good. Plenty of services with walking distance.

Toilet ran non stop. Reported twice no response. Fire department was called for medical and then was walking around checking room with carbon monoxide checker. No word from management. No maid service until last day and the only took the towels and came back a few hours later with clean towels.
