It was in a great place, with beautiful views.
Most breakfast items were out of service or out.

Location not bad, close to the downtown, breakfast decent
Lack of cleaning, the toilet seat was stained, there were small pieces of dirty paper all around it, the carpet was very stained and the room overall had an awful smell.

I was charged for a room that I canceled through Booking.com. Hotel said they could do nothing about it. VERY noisy!

The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool is small but heated and enjoyable to swim in. They served one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had in AZ. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others.

Good breakfast choices! Breakfast staff made sure that all items were fresh and hot as necessary. Tables and serving counters were always clean. We ended up staying for 2 nights because of road closures for our travel and the staff was very accommodating! Everyone was very friendly from check-in to check-out.

Everyone from the front desk to the kitchen cook to housekeeping was so accommodating and friendly. The morning buffet included was excellent.

Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was friendly.
Accommodations fair, age and maintenance of facility wasn't great, and it was a noisy location. Won't be going back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even called after we were settled in the room that everything was good and if we needed anything. A nice touch. Breakfast was great!

The front desk was very nice checking in and when we had to call to let them know the sheets were dirty and never changed from the prior.
Stain and dirty sheets. After being at a Wedding all afternoon we pulled back the sheets to messed on sheets. When we called the front desk and asked if someone could change them we were told no, that he was the only one on staff. Brought clean sheets and took pictures. Never heard anything else.
