Staff were very friendly and helpful. Getting our rooms was very fast. One thing I was amazed with was the water pressure of the shower. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.
Floor felt very dirty and sticky. There was no ventilation inside the restroom which caused some corrosion on the appliances.

Room I was given at check in, wasn’t the room I saw online when booking reservation.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They talk to the customers like they are people. It’s not usual to have just met someone and they feel like an old friend. It seriously made my stay more relaxing

Safe location to walk outside and the weather was perfect for it.
Breakfast was o.k, but the waffle iron wasnt working. It didnt bother me but did bother a number of other guests and the staff did not respond to their questions about it.

You could literally hear EVERYTHING! Never had hot water and it’s WAY OVERPRICED!

Beds were comfy
Bathroom door wouldn’t lock or stay shut. Shower was broke with no hot water. No one enforced the quiet curfew and their were kids running through the halls at 1am

Floors were not mopped. Bed sounded like it could collapse at any moment. Drawer on dresser would not stay shut.

Good location. Quiet room. Comfy bed. Easy check-in. Staff was accommodating even though we were late for breakfast. Pet friendly.

The staff was great. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Everything was very old and drab looking. We had a dog but were put on the 4th floor and had to go up and down a very slow to respond elevator.
