The staff was very cordial. The breakfast was okay.
The room appeared to be clean at first, but at closer inspection, the lamps were dirty, the corners were dirty (hidden behind furniture - hadn’t been cleaned in a long time), around the base of the shower was dirty - the details. The price - $318 before tax and “fees” a really? This is Sebring, Florida… No races, nothing going on, why so expensive? This hotel was NOT worth $300!

Clean well managed with friendly staff
Lighting at driveway entrance and parking lot. the entrance lane is not well marked and the lighting is dim so I missed the entrance two times ! Parking lot is dimly lit with several dark areas.

My wife and I are local and my had a medical procedure to be done next day nearby and required our stay. Due to the nature of the procedure we needed to check in as soon as possible, The staff was great and made sure that happened! More than helpful! With our current life situation we plan on a couple of stays a month here.
No fault to LaQuinta, but I evidently had a reaction to the laundry detergent the bedding is laundered in. I broke out in an itchy rash everywhere I made contact with the sheets.

Spotlessly clean hotel, reception staff were lovely, pool super though did have to ask for it to be opened as I like a morning swim..
Breakfast, as we were swimming both mornings, was very poor and not even waffle mix replenished though there were several people at 8.45 looking for food.

Beds were very comfortable.
The only issue our room was next to the elevator so I would hear it running most of the time and people getting in and out. We did not have breakfast there, not that much variety.
