Needs a complete makeover, rundown facilities. I cannot believe that. It’s a La Quinta inn.  Not the normal La Quinta standards

The Hotel was very clean ,Breakfest Bar was great ,easy Checkin. Beds were very comfortable. Easy.to get right off the Interstate

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and made checking in fast, simple, and easy. That was literally the only good thing I want to mention.

The room didn't seem to be cleaned very well at all and the room had a strong smell like dirty mop water and just didn't feel clean and the bed sheets also felt dirty and smelled like they had been left in the washer to mildew. The room had no towels and the lady at the front desk asked for my name, room number, and asked to see my driver's license when I asked for towels. She was extremely rude and very short and hateful while asking for ID over towels that should've been in the room. I had to have my key remade every single time I would leave and come back which was fun going to the second floor just to go right back to the front desk. 2 of the times I waited over 20mins at the front desk. I also started calling the front desk while I stood there and not an employee in sight or anywhere to be found. Also got to go through the identification process with the hateful women again to have her fix the key in the same shift that I had to verify who I was for towels. Someone was vacuuming right outside my door in the hallway ramming into the walls while my son was asleep. There were 2 bugs that appeared to be roaches crawling on the ceiling. And the day before I checked out the ac unit completely cut off. No power or anything for several hours. The room had to be over 80 degrees and was unbearable. I called the front desk from the room phone and my cellphone both with no answer. Proceeded to go downstairs to the front desk and yet again no one to be found. Waited over 30mins this time before I just left because I couldn't stand how hot it was in the room. Was gone for almost 3hrs and when I returned still no one anywhere and people standing waiting to be helped. the key actually worked this but this was the only time I didn't have to have it fixed and the AC unit miraculously turned on when I tried it. There was an employee banging door to door after 10pm in the hall. No clue as to why but knocked on at least 4 doors around mine.

NOT EVERYONE EATS PORK!!! breakfast was decent I guess except the only meat available is bacon sausage and sausage gravy which isn't fair when that is not your food of choice. They have other options muffins bagels toast waffles your typical breakfast The size of the room is good the shower is hot and the water pressure is great There is a balcony . They provide a microwave and mini fridge. The bed is very comfortable. I slept great.

Roaches!! I stayed in room 319 and overall it was clean. when I arrived I sprayed and wiped down all surfaces and the floor with lysol wipes and and lysol spray. I only seen one roach and it was already dead behind the bed in addition to popcorn from previous guests. The lady at the front desk knows about the bug problem and said they have been spraying for weeks to remedy the situation. The shower ceiling had black mold spots. There is no exhaust fan so I had to shower with the door half open. The tub could use a good scrub, but for $105 there needs to be more attention from housekeeping and maintenance. And OFFER other breakfast choices, not just pork products.

not clean- 1st room given had no sink pipe. water ran directly onto floor. cockroach. bed sheets appeared to be slept in. 2nd room better but old corn chip on floor by refrigerator.

easy parking and coffee/food nearby. also glad it was pet friendly without any additional cost

the free breakfast wasn’t ideal. the toaster didn’t work and at 8 o’clock all the hot food was gone

Our bathroom had a smell like a dog peed in there, probably on the carpet also. I had to pay cash, their computer system said my credit card was declined but my card was fine

The TV in the first room I was in wasn't working we tried a different remote and it didn't seem to help. So the clerks up front helped me get into a new room with a TV that worked with no issues.
