They were clearly doing renovations to the hotel but there were several places closed, the faucet was broken, and the staff was extremely rude.

Sucio, olía mal, las sábanas estaban quemadas, demasiado ruidoso, los huéspedes de arriba brincaban y corrían mucho era demasiado desorden al parecer los trabajadores de el hotel no pudieron hacer nada al respecto con esta clase de personas haciendo escándalos en la madrugada

Bathroom was just a bit small for the shower

The front desk person was very helpful. I was discussing with my family how we might need more towels and pillows. And he already notified the other staff to bring to our room.

The first night we could not sleep. There was so much noise. We can hear the people upstairs taking a shower so the water flow was so loud, the road construction in the middle of the night - the jack hammer and whatever the construction workers were doing, other people had dogs so they were barking alot, and kids skateboarding at midnight, door slamming from the neighbors next door and upstairs. I know this is out of the hotel staffs control but we had a rough first day.

Bathroom had mold Since price was lower than most motels and hotels there were no extras Only small bar of soap provided No shampoo conditioner or body lotion No facial tissue No coffee pot with coffee and tea Air conditioner noisy Room had musty smell
