Room was large and very clean. Plenty of towels and kitchenette was well equipped.

It was in need of a renovation. Broken tiles, grimy surfaces and burn holes in curtains.

Location of breakfast was fine. Unfortunately, because of corona it was prepackaged on the run breakfast. Perhaps later it will be better.

Hand sanitizer on the second floor was empty. Refridgerater door was dirty. Trash container on the floor needed to be emptied more often.

I got a 1-bedroom here, which is practically the same size as my old apartment. I got the end of the hallway so I only had one wall to share. The kitchen is fully stocked that I was able to cook a birthday dinner. The staff is very responsive. The property is located along the Cherry Creek, very great community. On the same property, lots of restaurants to choose from.

The only thing is it’s not too far from Colorado Blvd which is a major thoroughfare. You can hear the cars passing by. It might be more loud as we have the end corner, but other rooms may not have the same experience.
