Bed smelled of smoke from cigarettes..carpet needs shampooing, had odor..bathroom didn't look refreshing..needed mopping & cleaning..room needs dusting & cleaning.. bathroom sink needed sanitizing...I felt that towels were just placed in area..no cleanin of room... bathroom needs upgrade care

Horrible location- hotel was dirty smelled like a middle eastern restaurant in the lobby. Front desk person was rude. Crackheads and homeless people loitering around the property.

Bathroom was terrible. toilet was not bolted down. paint job was sloppy from walls to door frames. very noisy all night out side and in next room

charged me for two rooms I didn’t have.

I had booked online prior to arrival. Once I arrived and was entering to receive my key, they front desk agent was by the door smoking and said “give me 2 minutes I promise I’ll be right there” and went on about how she hadn’t smoked all day. That was fine. Until it wasn’t two minutes but about 5, she returned and really was just out of it. I should have known then that that hotel was complete trash. We had reserved a non smoke room that reeked of nothing but smoke, it smelled awful. The room was also dirty and the bathroom is obviously not cleaned properly. People were outside of their rooms smoking weed and doing drugs without a care in the world. Strangers were knocking on our door at 3:30 AM, I was honestly too scared to even take a peek at who it was. It went on for about 10 minutes until the knocking stopped. In conclusion it was awful. I stayed the night because I had paid for it and would not get a refund, and I had been on flights all day long. I just wanted to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never stay there again.

3 star hotel.. not! dirty, smells, the comforter had holes from cigarettes. the staff was rude and cold. never again ;(

I got there after 6 hours drive. Checked in and got the room keys. When I got to the room someone else was sleeping at my room. I went back to front desk and I was told a mistake was made and there wasn’t any other room available and the only thing that could be done was to refund my money. It was a really bad experience.

The sheets were dingy, there was water leaking over the sink and tons of mold had accumulated, so this is an ongoing problem. The shower was not clean at all.

The restroom was not as clean as it should have been and there is some very small flying bugs near the light at the sink the door to the room needs cleaning on inside
