The room was dirty. Unlivable! I can't believe I had to pay so much. They would not refund money.

Missing plug on tub, that is why plug leaks. Not true, BS.

it’s a good hotel for a short stay but just a bit dated, and also the shower didn’t drain and looking out the window there was trash all on the grass, and no screen in the window on the top floor,

Room needed better cleaning, especially the hair and blood spots on the bathroom floor, and was freezing upon check-in. Should not be advertising included breakfast, was told 'closed for remodeling' but clearly not reopened after pandemic and instead offered a discount at the nearby Dennys. And for some reason they place an additional hold on your card.

The room was simple but provided exactly what I expected. It is in a good location and guests get a 10% discount at Denny's in the same parking lot.

The price. It was high considering the amenities.

Staff was very friendly

Showed continental breakfast, but not even any wrapped pastries which could and should be done in a sense of regular amenities. My first room was great just no heat so I was moved to another room. We shared the space with sugar ants, had to flush the toilet 2x to fully flush, shower had no pressure (shower head had a heavy trickle as well as the spout causing low pressure. Shower spout loose and moving freely from the wall), no ice bucket and only 3 standard pillows on a king bed. And our dated furniture in first room.

Prices are consistent and the staff was always polite and helpful

Pillows are a little tough and they only give you two of them. We founds sugar ants in one room and there's usually a stray beetle crawling around, but these are minor issues

spent 13 days. every morning I asked for had to ask for clean towels and then I had to go back at night and ask for them again. They only changed the sheets twice in 13 days even though I asked every day. They would tell me in the morning they would take care of it then at night make excuses or blame someone else why it wasn’t done. on my checkout day they put up a sign saying they would only clean your room and give you fresh towels every 3 days. Really talk about trying to cover your butt. when we told them we had ants in our room they said, oh well it’s because of the rain. Really! It’s Western Washington state it rains all the time. Horrible stay and a waste of money. Don’t stay here.

Bed was not changed, food crumbs in drawers, bugs in bathtub. shower was cold

Smelled of weed as soon as you walk in, TV was hard to work, the whole facility looked grungy, when walking in room it looked like some one had just slept in there old shampoos we're still in there. Changed rooms only to get a dirtier room. They didn't have any breakfast that was actually edible I used to live here for two months in 2016 and my experience then was way better than now.
