I was able to change rooms

Checked beds and one was full of hair, like linen was changed.

Rooms were very clean ,the bed was spectacular, the front desk staff was incredibly responsive and very help

Everything! Tv didn’t work, pool was dirty, elevator was out and we were on the 3rd floor, it was loud, breakfast wasn’t what it stated. They had no cereal, no juice, barely any eggs. I definitely was not happy! I would like a refund

I like the hotel overall they had breakfast the rooms was nice and it was in a good location.

What I didn't like was that when I booked my room I had asked was it going to be okay for me to check in early at like 5:00am, 6:00am somewhere around that time because I was driving at night for 10hrs to get there for my son's football game. When we got there the supervisor said they where booked up and it was nothing that he could do for me remind you I had a reservation but he still said it was nothing he could do for me so me my three kids and my husband had to sleep outside in our car because everyone was booked up for the night so we couldn't go anywhere else. Then after we woke up I tried to check in again they still told me that we couldn't check in untill 3:00pm..... So I am not happy at all the only reason I still have you guys my money and stayed there was because no one else around had any rooms available.
