The staff was not nice. Especially the main mangager

The room was nice and quiet

There was hair in the shower, maybe it wasnt rinsed after cleaning. Everything else was great

Breakfast wasn't the best. Pool was pretty cold, other families were in hot tub, because the pool was to cold for the children.

The staff was nice. It was quiet, comfortable and close to many resaurants. It's tucked up on a hill, so you don't hear the noise from the highway. Breakfast selections looked great, but it was busy, so we opted to eat elsewhere. We had a large truck and thankfully there were a few parking spots large enough to accommodate us.

Our toilet did not work. It was not fixed while we stayed there. We had to use the public toilet in the hallway. They did not give us a discounted rate. The manager was supposed to call me but she never did. The room I booked at two beds. When we arrived they told us they only had rooms with one bed so we had to accept the change. Our TV did not work. The front desk person called maintenance and troubleshooted with them. It had to be plugged into an outlet connected to the light switches. IF you turned off the lights, the TV turned off. The only way to watch TV at night with the lights out was to unscrew the light bulbs. It was ridiculous. A lady down the hall found bugs in her bed and brought them to the front desk while I was trying to get my toilet fixed. The front desk person would not help her or refund her either. She was angry.

The bathroom tile grout was broken and coming up causing the tiles in the bathroom to be really loose

Lack of towels at the pool

Everything from the time of check in to smell. Unworking tv, the noise was out of control even after several complaint by a few people the noise continued through the night. The room was NOT clean, didn't have enough towels and shampoo/soap. DISASTER----WILL BE REPORTING THIS HOTEL! WILL NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY IN FUTURE!

The bed was sooo comfortable, breakfast was good and the shower was great

They didn't notify me of the increased amount of the hold for incidentals
