Terrible customer service.

It was good

stained pillow coverings and towels. house keeping didn’t clean my room. my keys constantly failed to work and I would have to prove my identity at the front desk daily. No receipt at check out. hand written paper signs everywhere.

That all the reviews I read were true. It was comforting to know that where I was staying would be clean especially since it was late when I checked.

Some things just need to be updated in the bathroom such as the toilet handle needs to be replaced but otherwise was very clean and comfortable

We’ve stayed here before. It is convenient to our sons home. We were in town for his wedding. The hotel is always clean, safe, comfortable.

On the night before the wedding we were awakened by the fire alarm going off. We eventually realized it was the whole hotel - not just our room. There were NO announcements during the entire 2 hr long, 1am event. No one at the desk. No announcement or phone call to guests to evacuate or not - nothing!! When we eventually saw fire trucks and people starting to emerge looking down outside our window - we exited and still NO hotel staff in lobby at all to give info. NO information was forthcoming at all. It took forever for the firemen to eventually determine it was nothing but the alarm would not go off. Eventually the firemen said to go back in out of the cold and that hopefully soon the alarm would be off. Again NO comments at all from the hotel staff - in fact no one could find a hotel staff. No emails or announcements - nothing. About 30mins more of the alarms once we were back inside and it finally went off. Needless to say - we were a bit tired on wedding day morning! I would have thought all guests would have had some form of explanation, apology or compensation but nothing!
