Breakfast selection was great. Staff was helpful and kind. Rooms and facilities were clean.
During our stay about midnight and we could hear the room above us stomping around which sounded just like a dog running inside the room. Im never one to complain but it was so loud that it woke me up from sleeping and continued to happen until 2am! Just be aware if you stay here since they allow pets this may possibly happen to you.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They greeted us with a smile, and the checkout was very easy.

TV didn't work. Moved to a different room. The move was supposed to be for the remainder of my stay. While at a funeral I was called to move my things back to my original room. I left the gathering after the service. Moved back to original room. TV never worked properly the entire stay.

Comfortable chairs in room.
Like that you still have carpeting.
Didn't use them, but was nice to have refridgerator, microwave coffee maker and coffee.
Breakfast had lots of choices and food tasted good.
Bed was lump and very uncomfortable.
Pillows were uncomfortable.
Had a banking dog in room next to us while trying to sleep

The Rain shower had rust on it. There was quite a bit of noise, the walls seem thin.

Location was good, it was quiet.
Breakfast was mediocre. Everything was dated and old, carpets throughout were filthy. Whole place smelled. Pool is tiny and not heated. WAY OVERPRICED. It's basically a motel 6 with a breakfast. Its not horrible but its not remotely worth what I paid.
