The room was disgusting. My husband & I ended up checking out the same day. It was so filthy we just couldn’t stay there. We checked in around 5ish pm put our stuff down & left to get dinner & do some shopping. We go back around 8pm almost 9pm. When we started taking our nighttime things we noticed how gross the room actually was we weren’t even in the room 30 minutes before we decided to check out. There was black mold, the floor was covered in i don’t know what but it was slippery, the walls looked like they had never been wiped and the bathroom I couldn’t even use it I was so disgusted. The front desk person told me to call back the next day for a refund where then I was denied said refund because I didn’t check out writhing 30 minutes to an hour of my check in. I explained that all we did was out our things down & left that they could check the cameras. They proceeded to say they were too busy and couldn’t. I reported this to the booking site and now I’m waiting for a response. I took so many pictures but could only post 4.

Did not like anything. Did not stay. Gave the key back and left.
I didn't like the overall place. I walked into the lobby and it gave a sense of dread. It was darkish. The staff was unprofessional. Entered the room, looked around and told my husband that we were not staying. The bed didn't look welcoming. Not professionally made nor have the usual duvet. Two pillows on each side didn't equal two inches of thickness. The overall appearance was that of grime.

the first room we were given had the most pungent cat pee smell I have ever experienced after years of living with cats. I have never smelled anything like that in my life. When we asked for a room with a tolerable smell, we were taken to a room that had clearly just had someone in it. Rings from wet cups still on the tables, used bar of soap on the sink and used bath towels and hair and food crumbs all over the dirty bed. Absolutely insane how filthy it was
