Good price for clean/safe stay. Very quiet!

The WiFi didn’t work really at all, would connect and then boot me out

Clean and well maintained, indoor heated pool, fitness center and spa, full breakfast, relaxing lobby, small market with microwave food, friendly staff, pet friendly, safe.

Night staff not friendly or helpful. Late night arrivals were noisy.

Spacious king room. Quiet. Warm food at breakfast. Spacious breakfast room. Easy check-in/check-out. Friendly staff. We'll be back.

Bed was firm for our taste (bouncy underpinnings but firm on top). Two minor mechanical issues in the room, about which I notified (on motel stationery) the staff checkout person. She was grateful and nice. Fruit at breakfast would be nice. Suggestion: bring a banana or 2.

From the moment we checked in till we left the staff went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. The breakfast staff were run off their feet but still smiled and helped us find what we needed. Each day the room was cleaned and bed made. Fantastic job.

While eating breakfast, sitting with many BIPOC and LGBTQ+ as well as Hispanic and Asian people there was NEWSMAX PLAYING ON THE TELEVISION. Newsmax, with its simple red, white, and blue lower third chyron and utterly innocuous name, Newsmax TV could be a minor news network like any other. Except it’s not. Newsmax TV is an ultra-conservative outlet that’s been operating on the fringe since 1998. And yet here we were sitting, having breakfast with all these beautiful people and we were subject to a rant on how evil transgender people are.

Lack of shower cap, extremely uncomfortable (WAY too soft) bed left us both aching and tired after a not-great sleep

The beds were ok.

The duck tape in the bathroom. The strange yellowish paint in the bathtub. The leaking tub faucet, the narrow halls, the tiny elevator. Parking was a struggle. The breakfast was worth passing on. The coffee was like water. Major construction everywhere.

Morning breakfast was awesome.

We were traveling to facilitate my wife's cancer surgery. The day we were to travel to Seattle to be ready for her surgery, the schedule was changed. We had no control over that. I communicated our problem and requested the arrival date be changed to today, as her new surgery date is tomorrow. There was no response,. Consequently we are in a Best Western a few blocks from LaQuinta in Lynnwood, Wa, to checki in at the UW Medical Center at 5:30 am tomorrow morning for a seven hour surgery. We will NEVER, EVER use LaQuinta again. Just as we willl never use Bookings again. You got the $300 from our credit card. You will never ever get another pennyl Good for you.l

We have used LaQuinta in the past. Never again. We had absolutely no control over our travel date -- it was entirely dependent on the surgery schedule for my wife. OK, I understand you couldn't just shift our arrival to a different date. So you made the right decision for you. You collected the $300 from oyur credit card. Good for you! But you have lost a customer who used to be a booster for you,. You pobably have too many customers already.
