Nothing 1 there was no couch in the room and I paid for a deluxe Queen beds 2 the bed had coffee or something brown poured down the mattress First Lady said there was nothing she could do because it was booked thru Booking.com 2 lady gave us another room no couch but the sink bowl was cracked in 4 sections and glued back together

The room looked nice, the breakfast was tasty.

Unsupervised rowdy teens in the Pool. A sign indicated children under 16 must be supervised. Staff told the rowdy kids were 12 years old and that was old enough to be in the pool area unsupervised. I left earlier than planned and my grandchildren were disappointed, but there was a group of 5 girls and a boy who were diving and being rowdy.

I booked the room for my sister whose daughter was flown into the hospital there for a medical emergency. She said the people were extremely nice and the bed was especially comfortable.

Very nice staff, clean and pet friendly.

The pool wasn't available this trip, unsure why.

The complimentary breakfast was great. Hotel location was nice and quiet and very clean. staff was wonderful and kind.

Decent breakfast, plenty of protein options including scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, yogurts. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nothing was really wrong.

Decent location, off the beaten path

Front desk staff despondent on check in, no smile, no eye contact, seemed disappointed we were there…coffee packages in the room didn’t have stirring sticks…floor carpet had stains…walls way to thin, heard the people above me all night long…have stayed here before without these problems, maybe new management?
